Participants should download and print the following documents and bring them to the Inbound check-in:

Parking Permit

Individual parking permits and parking lot rentals are available for purchase through the Parking Department. These permits can be purchased in-person or over the phone at (217) 333-3530. Visit the university's Parking Department for more information and details regarding parking availability.

Food Allergies

Food Allergies Form (pdf) — If you have any dietary restrictions of food allergies, please complete this form and submit it to nutrition@housing.illinois.edu two weeks prior to your session so your requests can be accommodated.
